This paper attempts to show the relevancy of French poetry as catalyst moral education in sustaining literacy for national development teaching and learning Language French. is one literary works that used giving promoting language. Education are related needs society, it what students need utilize their daily life should be given them so have a brighter future. language contains materials deal with cognitive aspects likewise form prose which values imparted on during process. poetry, like other branches literature work imaginable deep thoughts, feelings human experiences. Many people or teacher who concerned about emphasise quite rightly produce lively atmosphere class can seen source pleasure bring desired value change our society. Descriptive research survey type was study. The sample consisted selected 50 two private Universities 10 teachers different institutions. questionnaire designed ability towards development. instrument generate information from activities provision instructional Teaching Learning poetry. Data collected were analysed using frequency count, percentage ANOVA.
